Half way Thru 2010

Still not much progress, but at least I’m not getting bigger. Baseball is dumb now, and basketball is good again… Maybe I can get a hoop n get a little active.

Fifa World Cup South Africa starts tomorrow at 6:30 am. Mexico vs South Africa.

I’ve been re-naming and listening to my massive music collection, which is good… I just need to have a good playlist on my iPod to use the home gym again.

I finished re-writing my Resumé with advice from experts.

Bottom line, I need to update my Buddy Slim to see where I’m at, lose a few LB’s then move forward.

One Year on Buddy Slim

… and not much progressive, in fact much regression. I did lose my job, which literally halted any active lifestyle I could’ve had. When I started Buddy Slim last year, I was working, active, and I lost about 15lbs fast, like in a month. From December 2008 to December 2009, however I’ve been pretty sedentary. My PS3 and Xbox are both broken, so I’ve even lost a will to walk to the living room, lol. I stay busy on my PC, downloading music, or just watching HDTV.

I’m not quitting Buddy Slim, like many do, because my regression is basically out of my control. Maybe employment in Cali will pick up this year, and I can finally lose my 60lbs.

Loss and Gain

The Giants lost another season. I gained more weight, so yeh. Pretty dumb, but that’s the situation.

More Meat!

So, I’m not a vegetarian I just don’t like to eat meat, especially anything that isn’t charred until it is carbonized. I can’t stand “juicy” meat. However, yesterday I ate some hot-dogs and then I ate some Carne Asada, or grilled meat. I even had a beer, and I hate beer.

The NL lost again, 13 years in a row now, but I’m feeling good. I’m eating meat every other day now, and I’m eating less, well kinda… Meat is expensive, but I feel more energy now. Let’s see where this goes.

All-Star Weekend

So, not much has changed, except I got Fluffy. I started working out, but my diet hasn’t changed. I need to start weighing in, but I can’t bare to look at the scale… Baseball’s got me motivated though, so I might just get back into this. Go Giants!

Up, up, and away!

No, I’m not superman. Unfortunately, my weight has been going up. I feel somewhat good, because I’m lifting weights, but I’m basically not doing much right now. I’m on the job hunt, and I don’t like being stuck at home. I hope I can get out there soon. That’s my update so far.

Now, back to Call of Duty: World of War.

10 lbs Milestone!

I’m sooo glad. I did the Friday weigh in and apparently I’m down to 215. That’s 10 lbs gone in November, even w/ Thanksgiving!! I honestly didn’t think this was possible. Maybe I can do another 10 lbs by the end of Christmas.

Weight off my shoulders

YES!! I have finally paid off my huge medical bill. Over the last year I’ve been paying off $5,000 and therefore I’ve really been struggling at home… now that it’s over with I feel great. This was a brutal experience, but I always pay my debts and now I’m free!! I’ll actually have extra money for the first time ever.. Goodbye, Dollar Menu!! lol

It’s a good step in the right direction and a sign of a good year to come. Time to get this guy into shape.

I feel weightless

I decided to cut my hair today, at least I feel lighter. lol. After that, I actually weighed myself. I was 225lbs, which is much worst than I thought. I gotta lose 50 lbs quick. I’m gonna try to start working out in the morning and see how that goes.

A brand new start

I need some guidance, and discipline over the next few months. I have to get back down to my High School weight and lose the extra pounds I gained this year. I had a good day at work today, and I hope to keep a positive outlook, but it’s going to be tough work ahead. I have a weight bench and an elliptical, but I’m honestly too lazy to use ‘em, lol.

BuddySlim is cool, and I have great oppertunities, but I’m just not confident right now. I hope I meet new people going through the same thing.
